HERE'S MY STORY - HERE'S WHAT I DID, PLEASE DO IT TOO!

GO ONLINE TO IC3.GOV - I called the Secret Service and was given this website for details then all govt. law enforcement involved, has it sent to them. If company already under investigation, it goes to that head investigator.

GO TO YOUR BANK OR CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY BRIEFLY TELL THEM (NOT THE WHOLE STORY) YOU HAVE CHARGES YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZED! They may have you sign 'fraud' paperwork - (and Secret Service told me) they will remove the charges - but you should leave them with $4.95 since you agreed to that!

I also, filed complaints with USPS; CA States Attorney; and FACEBOOK!

REGISTER YOUR COMPLAINT ON IC3.GOV!!!!!!! THEY SEND YOU A 'CODE' SO YOU CAN TRACK INVESTIGATION!!!!!


HERE'S HOW THEY GOT ME!
Facebook ad, 6/20/13 ordered '14 day trial' $4.95; Cancelled within required time limit!

What they do is ship 2 products. The trial creme and their 'serum', you don't ask for and charge an additional $4.95

THEY CREATE 2 ACCOUNTS WHEN YOU ORDER AND WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL - THEY ONLY CANCEL 1 ACCOUNT and when you call them - they say they show 1 acct. closed by not the other one! THEY DEDUCTED 7/3 THEY STOLE $105.95 AND ON 7/22, $99.00.

When I called and canceled they gave me a confirmation number! Called company (I'm sure is in India - outsourcing/hiding) They told me after hours on the phone - they would credit me $79.00, if I sent back the product that I didn't order in the first place!

THIS SCAM IS REPRESENTED BY MANY NAMES. HERE ARE A FEW: ENFACELIFT (DALLAS, TX) EQUINOX.COM SK (DALLAS, TX) LVTL.COM; DERMASKINCURE.COM; THEY HAVE DOMAINS IN THE UK, AS WELL.

THE CEO IS SUPPOSED TO BE TODD BLACK! THE NAMES THEY USE ON PHONE: RICHARD MARTIN, SR. AGENT, BRIAN ROBERTS, WARREN, AUSTIN PATRICK

Go to: IC3.GOV and fill out the form -- it only took me a few minutes, because my info. fresh in my mind. Get all your notes, bank/cc stuff and do this!
