On 04th April 2013, I ordered the 21 day trial of Liposlim & Nutracleanse tablets. In order to arrange for "carriage" of these items, I had to submit my card details. During the second week of the "trial", the tablets gave me nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I subsequently returned the tablets to the Company, cancelling my account. I then received an e-mail informing me that the Company was going to debit my account for 2 amounts of £75.99 for each of the trials of tablets. I only received the e-mail on the VERY DAY that the debits were made. I attempted to contact the Company by telephone, but there lines were out of order. I sent a series of e-mails, but never received any reply. I then contacted my card services provider to dispute the payment. On 26th July 2013, I received a letter from my card provider that Lipo Slim have rejected my dispute, and would not be refunding my money. I have tried to contacting the Company directly by telephone, (on a contact number given to me by my CARD PROVIDER!!). I have made 6 phone calls in 2 days, each time being given a variety of excuses as to why they could not put me through to someone who could authorize a refund. Finally, after threatening legal action, I was transferred to someone who disputed everything that I explained, and closed the conversation by stating that they had complied with everything contractually and legally, and that no refund is due.
