I logged into my computer and got a pop up which asked if I would take a 3 minute survey and receive a gift in gratitude.I completed the survey and was given 3 choices. I chose the Rejuvenex, for the cost of $2.99 shipping charges. I received an email July 20/13 that they were sending another shipment. Since I'd only received my "gift" about 2 weeks earlier,and hadn't even opened it. I sent a reply asking them not to send it until I authorized it but the reply kept coming back undeliverable. On July 29th. I called the Customer Service and spoke with Megan who informed me that not only had that shipment was already sent but that my debit card had been charged $97.91 on July 8/13 for the "gift" and another $106.94 on July 19/13 for latest shipment that was in the mail. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND LIES. THEY WERE NEVER AUTHORIZED TO DEBIT MY CARD FOR ANYTHING ELSE THAN THE $2.99 SHIPPING. I was totally mislead as I'm sure a lot of other people have been. I may have liked the product and used it permanently but that will never happen now and I will tell everyone I can of the bad business practice. They in turn will tell everyone they can and so on and so on. Not very good PR.

The "Customer Service Commitment" motto does not support the real practice of this company.
