International boundaries
Purchased an ac wall unit. They provided shipping info however day shipment was supposed to be received shipper canceled shipment and requested item be returned to shipper. They have not provided new shipping info and the email address: [email protected] is now rejected emails and website in no longer accessible. The other email address provided from seller to PayPal was bogus too. No refund has been issued and no way to contact seller. Opened case with PayPal. Ugh...
