DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

When searching for bridesmaid dresses on a short time limit, we knew the risks of ordering online but still decided to buy off tbdress as the picture was beautiful and the prices decent.
4 of my 5 girls bought their dresses right away, while one girl waited (she is pregnant and wanted to wait to see how big she would be)
The dresses came in and were HIDEOUS. We are talking completely unwearable. They looked nothing like the photo, and were of such poor quality that we took them to two seperate seamstresses and they both said there was nothing they could do to fix them.

In the mean time, my friend decided to place her order wihtout checking with any of us first. As soon as she did she called me to tell me and I told her instantly to cancel it. She emailed, called, emailed again and recieved no response. We checked their policy on cancelations and returns online and found that we had 12 hours to cancel so we both called and emailed and still recieved no response. In fact, they did not get back to us until it was time to tell us the dress was made and ready to be shipped. They refuse to accept the cancellation and continue to try and send us this dress. I have sent them proof of emails sent within the time frame and STILL they ignore every effort.

They are disorganized, and their dresses are terrible. They still have not resolved the issue of the last dress even though it has been weeks of back and forth. They have terrible customer service and poor quality products. Every girl in my wedding party had to go out and find a new dress, which is extremely unfortunate and time consuming, not to mention expensive.

My advice to everyone is to avoid dealing with the same hassles and look elsewhere. We went with lightinthebox.com and recieved beautiful dresses at great prices. tbdress is a joke and I do not know how they even remain in business.
