Complaint 26298 Details

On 9/9/2011 I purchased online sample bottle of Juveneu, a week later my wife recieved a phone call from Juveneu asking if she wanted to commit to ordering a larger size bottle of the product, that had not arrived, and the caller seemed very annoyed when she would not give her banking details.
On 9/26/2011 and 10/11/2011 payments of £56.44 and £59.36 have been debited from our bank account without authority, as we have not ordered or recieved any further product from Juveneu.
At the time of my initial order I also paid for another sample product of Hydroxatone at £1.39, a sister company of Juveneu, this product has not arrived at my home also.
These fraudsters need shutting down !!!
