My name is Rodrigue Louineus:I ordered 35 cellphones 07/12/2013 from Ms Lucia Han{gaostar-electronic}She said to me western union is the better way to send the money.The receiver name is Huayan Meng,the transfer number is 721-171-8622.After she received the payment,she never contact me again. no tracking number, no email,nothing.I sent everyday email to her,she never answer.I don't know what to do,if i have to contact FBI or USA news.Somebody help me please to find my order or my money back. that only money i got to open a little business.
