I ordered a free sample from Juveneu. It arrived - what I was not aware of (supposedly in the small print) was that further bottles would arrive and I would be charged for the first and subsequent bottle. I have been told I didnt read the small print - well there wasnt any.
I have now just spoken to a well scripted woman - cancelled my future orders and told them in no uncertain terms that they are misleading the public, duping them and that I was far from unhappy that they would not credit the first charge of £56.17. She said that she would be reporting this 'incident' to sales and marketing. If you fall for this dreadful sales con - make sure you cancel any further shipments/charges.
