I ordered a wedding dress from them and the dress I recieved look nothing like the picture and it was not the right color. The website states in their return policy that they would issue a full refund if the dress wasnt the right color but the lady I have been talking to just basically said the dress maker staes it the right color so sorry. Im so pissed I could scream... they pretty much just stopped answering my emails now im stuck with a 200 dollar dress that looks like a 12 year old made it in school.

- Sorry to hear that,Shauna.From the past things i've experienced,the dress color just can not be exact same with the pic showing,so remember this next time.I now normally order from http://www.kimidress.co.uk/ ,they have the latest dress type and the color,well,pretty much as the pic show.most importantly,their price is very cheap and high quality.So have a try,friend.
