Here is their responses to the issue they cause with my debit card


Hello Dawn,

Your direct deposit from Maricopa was rejected as it was submitted while your account was closed due to the fact that there were deposit’s coming through from H&R Block under a name other than your own. As this card is designed for personal use only, whenever a deposit comes to your account under a name other than your own, the bank will view this as a violation of the terms and conditions of the card and cancel the account.

For your returned direct deposit, you should just have to contact Maricopa and they can either re-submit the deposit or you can see if they can write you out a check. If they need confirmation of this return, you can provide them with the following return trace number of 591494246597253.

If you had contacted a store about trying to get a payday loan and they informed you that they were unable to do so, that would be their decision, and we have no ability to override that. Payday loans at the store level are all approved and denied by them, and if they were unable to give you a loan, it would mean that the store didn’t feel comfortable or was/would be unable to approve a loan with the documentation provided or required.

First thing I would do is contact Maricopa (your employer?) and see if they can either resubmit the deposit now that your account has been re-opened or to enquire if they can write you out a check.

And I’m sure you’ve already been informed this, but just to be safe, contact H&R Block and ensure that whatever deposit they’re trying to send to your Momentum Visa account that they ensure it’s being sent in your name and not the number 5111650502206342. If another deposit comes from them submitted under that number and not your name, the bank will permanently close the account.

I not going away I want your company to do something about this issue. This not the way to treat any individual that doing business we



I understand someone at the company thought it was fraud going on the account and something needed to be done. But, your company’s policy to cancel an account also an account the has a direct deposit on it should had some contact the customer that the account was cancel and there would be nothing going into the account. Your firm chose not to contact the customer and let them know something was going on the account and your establishment was concerned about the activity in the account. If you had contact the customer with the direct deposit on the account I could made out arrangements for it to be deposit on another card and or fit the issue at the store



1. Why did your establishment felt that it was a good idea to cancel the account not have the direct deposit go through?



2. Why did your organization do not contact me about this you have my telephone number, address (full)



3. You know the name of the company that tried to do a deposit why will anyone in your organization feel that HR& Block would do anything that was illegal on a person’s account



4. I want someone in your company to look at how this was done. It’s not right I want credit put on my account.



From me it is very convenient for me to have your card but I am afraid to re-do the direct deposit because of how this situation was handle. If something is going on the account and it’s funny please contact but just don’t cancel the account with no warning and have the customer wondering what is going on

    The reason the bank closed your account and denied your Direct Deposits is because the loads being sent to it violated the posted terms of use for the card. Those terms have been provided to you in a previous email. The issuing bank was well within their rights to cancel your account and deny the loads based on those terms so your continued emails to Customer Service about this need to cease or we may be forced to cancel your account permanently.



    You have been provided a contact number to call and speak directly with the bank. Please do so and cease further communication with Customer Service regarding this issue as it is considered to be closed.



    As mentioned above, any further emails or communications regarding this matter may result in permanent closure of your Momentum Visa account.
