Scam product does not work has been in since June 26th, 2013. Took them 3 weeks to respond, now wanting to fix, only after we wanted service canceled! After many phone calls and emails we sent a certified letter to cancel service and to make arrangements to come and get their equipment. They keep telling us we signed a agreement, our point is they have not honored their part of the agreement from day one, so we consider agreement void. They want to force you to stay in when their product is terrible. We have contacted the BB. our bank to stop withdraws and contacted our lawyer. They responded to BB last week with a weak response just wanting us to roll over and let them fix it. They are not to be trusted scam artists!!!!!! We are now waiting for another response after we responded we are not budging. We want it canceled due to lack of professionalism and lack of service, plus poor equipment. They can come out and get their non working equipment. We want to part ways ASAP!! We have a blinky box that is all!!!
