I purchased tickets from the site, and received them via FedEx within weeks. I ordered them 2 months in advance, so it was plenty of time. They were a gift for my step-son and my fiancé. They were told at the entrance of the event that those tickets were
"cancelled" and were sent to the box office. I called TicketBenz and told them what happened, and they said "sometimes tickets get 'double-printed' and the new ones are at will-call." Luckily, for everyone's sake, his statement was true. My fiancé told me that the lady at the box office informed him his tickets must have been from a "scalper."
No hard feelings against this company (only because it worked out for us, and there was no monetary damage), but I will not be purchasing from them again.
