Approximately a week prior to my checking being charged, I tried to order, by phone, 1 can and get one free plus S&H, and became very frustrated with their ordering process. I never knew what number to push to mean "NO", therefore ordering more than what I had intended. The ordering never came to an end, continuously offering other deals. I hung up thinking my order didn't go through. I waited about a week and tried again and became frustrated not really knowing what I had ordered, the order was never confirmed and left me hanging. I then decided, a few days later, to check my bank account seeing that both orders had been processed. I was FURIOUS! Feeling scammed, I called the number on the account and they said I could return the merchandise but they would not refund the shipping-which is where they are making their money - in my opinion! First order-$79.78 + second order -$125.64 =$205.42
I have NOT opened the boxes (2) not knowing what is inside. I am discouraged from this process not knowing if their product(s) are good or not!
