Someone claiming to be the owner, Richard R Guillen, of property (Personal Information Removed) listed property for rent for $1070.00 a month with a $740.00 deposit. We negotiated the $740.00 deposit, he asked I Western union it to his assistant James Kwasniewski, which I did. He then said he shipped house keys and documents to my address, after 2 days and no shipment he then stated his wife put the package on hol because she was uneasy sending their homekeys to a total stranger. He then insisted on the whole deposit plus the 1st months rent in order to continue with the deal.

I see a big Red Flag here, "Western Union" Where does this James Kwasniewski live? Alot of scam artist's want you to use Western Union to send money. I was scammed once several years ago using Western Union and that money actually went to a person in Nigeria and I never heard anything from it. Don't send anymore money to this guy and I'd file a complaint with the BBB.org. This is a scam. It's best to do research on someone first before sending anything.

He said he live in Michigan the sent to adrress for the money was 4805 Farmbrook Detroit Michigan...
