I received an email from Br.com offering me a 3month trial for $5. I decided to take them up on that however a month later they withdrew a further $234. During this time I had decided to cancel my membership but that proved to be impossible. After realizing that they were responsible for withdrawal I read the terms and conditions and they were supposed to notify me in writing regarding any change, a they had failed to do that. Also in accordance with the terms I sent another email giving written notice of cancellation.I received an email stating they have not breached their terms and conditions so no refund would be forthcoming. Then a second email arrived stating that I can cancel my account myself and had a list of instructions. To my surprise (not) the instruction didn't work so I am now scratching my head as to how I'm supposed to cancel. I only have myself to blame cause normally I do not enter bank details on the net, I would normally use paypal however if memory serves me the paypal button on the payment options is bogas as it never opened up. I am contacting the fraud section of my bank to see if anything can be done but I think we have all been scammed and a lesson, at least by me has been learnt.
