I have been fighting to get money back from this company after posting 4 of the beauty kits all the products back to them 1 of the kits was partially used as this was the fist one as trial. They quoted their 30 day policy that products had to be returned within the 30 days which I have accepted and they also offered a refund for the 4th Beauty kit which has been paid back into my account. I have sent several emails over 9 to Customer satisfaction so far up until today . They have responded to me. I am concerned that they do not want to return the kits that I have already paid for and of which was not opened. at present they say they will pay me £35 to settle the situation. I have declined and want them to just return the 2 beauty kits which payments have already come out from my bank account. I accepted their policy, but this does not give them the right to keep the 2 unopened beauty kits which I payed £196.92 I have worked hard for this money. The firsr beauty kit was a trial which only postage was reuired to recieve it. The creams brought me out in a rash so I stopped using it.The other products payments came out monthly without my knowledge.Due to a personal family crisis I had not remembered about the product, and not until more products arrived and also my bank statement showing deductions from Deadsea of over £200 I started to panic. I am still emailing daily and now have given them an ultimatum. That they must return the beauty kits which I have fully paid for. or this means that the company is stealing my funds for goods I have paid for and of which they do not want to refund back to me.

  • I also had dealings with this fradulant company because I did not read the fine print. I had my credit card charged for some $80 plus dollars, because I did not realize I had to return it in 30 days. Fortunately, I used my American Express card and was able to stop them from billing me for anything more. The lesson is, always use a credit card to protect your self, if I had sent it back I would have only been liable for $50.
