I have a contract to water proof my three step down basement. I bought the $10,000 multi step system. I had two back up floods and then discovered the the pump was attached to nothing. I got flooded from a big hole put in my floor with a pump attached to nothing. The jackhammers used on one side of the basement caused more damage to my foundation and more than 23 feet were not done. All of the people who worked on it were fired except Bill Jones who took advantage of me as a widow and after I pushed him away from me ( I was crying and he tried to console me and began rubbing my back saying everything would be taken care of), when his hands came to my side I pushed away and he said I would have to pay for everything myself. I hired experts that said it was a fraudulent job. I had to have my basement rewaterproofed with Permaseal who charged less and did the correct job. No water since.

This seems fishy... like maybe Permaseal wrote it lol.
I, for one, actually am an Everdry customer, and have had little to no trouble with my system. A few minor leaks were fixed promptly, and haven't had any trouble since. Happy customer here. -
