On April 25, 2013; I received a call from United Fraud Prevention, a.k.a United Fraud Protection. They informed me that they were presenting a credit card co and if I did not make payment arrangements with them that day, that there would be a warrant for my arrest. I set up payment arrangements starting on the 3rd of May and ending on 3rd of Oct. Gave my checking account number. On July 19,2013, I receive in the mail a letter from another agency that is presenting the credit card co that I thought I was all ready making payments to. Called that Credit card co and had a three way conversation. It was made very clear that I was not paying on the credit card that I assumed that I was with United Fraud Prevention. I tried calling UFP after getting off the phone. I got "The number you are reaching is no longer in service or has been diconnected." I thought I had miss-dialed the number. NO iI did not. So I got out the paper work to Premium Express Process, LLC that is handling the payments for UFP. A Ms Cartwright was to look into this after I realized that I never had the credit card that is claimed that I did. What rose the flags was the S.S.# did not match on Friday. Waited for her call. Nothing. On monday, July 22, 2013 I tried calling UFP 313-334-3113 still same recording...THE NUMBER YOU .... So again called Premium Express Process. And once again, Ms Cartwright was checking into tis matter and would call me back. But this time, between Friday and Monday the S.S.#'s somehow matched. Ms. Cartwright did not call and when I called, a representative said she had stepped out of the office or was in a meeting. Never called back. Today, July 23rd, 2013. I recalled UFP and once again the recorded message was there. So called, Ms Cartwright at Premium Express Process. LLC Columbus, OH (843)474-0680. Called at 10 a.m. this morning. She was going to call me back. Waited until 1 p.m., she was in a meeting, would be given a message to call me. Nothing. Called UFP 313-334-3113. Still recording. But Ms Cartwright informs me that that is the correct telephone number for UFP. I called Ms Cartwright again at 4:30 p.m. She has stepped out of her office for the day. Once again re-tried calling United Fraud Prevention, a.k.a.United Fraud Protection and still get "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED..."
I am being scammed by this company and I want my money back.
