I ordered a 3 months supply and they deducted the money on the 7th of July 2013 off my account, I also asked for a rush delivery and paid insurance.
It is now the 23th of July 2013 and I tried to contact them several times. Every email I send come back as undelivered post.

I want to know how can I traced the packet in South Africa, or are they going to refund me
