Toktumi owns an app on iPhone app store called "Line2" which requires a credit card to be held for monthly payments of $15. After using the app for 2 months, I cancelled my subscription (which has to be done over the phone only). However, they continued charging me monthly. I've emailed and called the company numerous times and they are still charging me. The app sucks, it doesn't do what they claim it will do - and they won't allow customers to "remove payment info" from within their app. It is a big fraud.

    I just saw this and am deeply troubled to hear about your experience. Although I no longer have an operating role. I'm on the board and will find out what happened, and get you a full refund. I do know that the company is in the middle of transitioning to a new billing system and front end software and your account must have fallen through the cracks.
