Since July the 9th I have been trying to closed my account to get my money back. I started my account with $ 300.00 but the broker wanted me to put more money so he took $ 700. more from my bank account so that I could get a bonus of $ 500. for a total of $ 1,500 by then I figure something is wrong here so I told him I want to communicate by email, so I email him and told him I want to close my account so he was just giving me a hard time, back and forth by email so I gave up with him he wasn't going to help me out to resolve the money, I try everything from email to calling the company and I left messages on their voice mail, I email customer services and I also email their back office as well many times with no responds at all plus I call their US phone number and international number as well many times and I did got through only once,so I told them I want to close my account and they said it's on hold and that he was going to call me back and he never did, I did everything I could to get my money back but no one email me or call me back after that and I kept calling and emailing them with no responds back, Please help me get my $ 1,000.00 back. Thank you
