I returned my bag to be repaired and they wont give it back!! They won't pick up their phone and lie about returning my calls. They close whenever they want to and their hours are not consistent with their voicemail. I've lost sleep over this!! DO NOT ORDER BAGS FROM THESE CROOKS AT SOREFINED.COM! LOUIS VUITTON HAS CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THEY DO NOT APPROVE OF THIS SITE AND THAT THEY ARE IN FACT PREYING ON PEOPLE!!!! SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!! CALL ME IF YOU NEED TO I AM AT MY WHITS END!!!!
