The same thing happened to me. I ordered trial samples offer from PuraSilk and NueScience for shipping charges, $3.95 for PuraSilk and $5.95 for NueScience on September 22, 2011. I received the PuraSilk within one week. I did not tried the PuraSilk product until I received the sample from NueScience. They have advertised that both products use together to get the wrinkle out more effectively. I just received the NueScience sample beginning of October. I started using both samples but have not see the result yet then I received my October statement today and was charged $89.99 by PuraSilk company. I called them and asked them about the charge. They said after 14 days if I do not call them and return the trial sample then I will be charged $89.99 for that trial sample. What kink of company like that? I realized that they already got my credit card information on file therefore they will continue charging to my account.
Do not trust the PuraSilk free trial sample advertisement. This is a company trying to scam the customer.
To the PuraSilk company: If your product is truly good and works like it said, you do not need to do such a scammed to the customer like this. Instead you need to advertise in a big words: product cost $ 89.99 after trial.
