MY CARE GIVER STOLE MY BANK CARD AND USED IT I MADE A POLICE REPORT AFTER TELLING CHASE BANK I ASK THEM CLOSE MY ACCT HE KEEP ON USING IT. i PUT A FRAUD CLAIM IN. THE BANK ASST MADE MORE THEN ONE CLAIM ASKING THEM TO CHECK OUT OTHER DATES THAT LOOKED FRAUD, i TOLD THEM THE OTHER CHARGES WERE MINE. THE DATES I GAVE HER WERE THE DATES THE CARD WAS STOLEN. FRAUD DEPT DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE I MADE TO MANY CLAIMS AND CLOSED MY ACCOUT. i ONLY MADE ONE CLAIM. 7/12 =7/15/11
