I ordered a free trial, was charged within days, so called and they said it would be refunded within a few days. It was. No mention was made by customer representative or advertised information that was obvious or clear that you needed to return it within 30 days to not be charged for additional order.

I was charged around July 1 and called again. I was informed that this information was advertised but they would accept a return within 120 days and a refund would be made. A form needed to filled out, so did so and retuned it to the correct address by priority mail on July 6th. Called on July 9th to see if had been received. It had not and was told some baloney about processing could take quite a while. I was also told I needed a tracking # from the Post Office that was ridiculous. I have always received the tracking # from the company by email.
I did send an email with my complaint and will call again today.

I will also file a dispute with my credit card company.
