On September 15, 2008 I purchased a “Honda Care” Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) on a 2006 Honda Pilot through Holtz House of Vehicles a Honda dealership in Rochester New York. I paid $1645 for the contract with a Guarantee from Signet that the $1645 would be refunded to me provided I made no claims on the Service Contract. Now that the time has come for me to apply for the refund it appears that Signet No longer exists.
