Hi,

I arrived at Brussels on 14th of July, I tried calling my friend from the pay phone using my travelers card but I could not get through. I kept reaching the helpline and the BBG customer center people. It happened 3-4 times and they asked for my credit card number & the code and then said the card is not active.
Now when I checked my card I found out it is completely active & around 14 Euros have been deducted by BBG guys from my account.
This is outrageous and really unethical especially when I could not even make a single call.
What have they charged me for??
After saying my card is not active, this clearly shows that my card was active all along.
I need an explaination and refund of my amount.
This is such a scam , I wonder why do Airports like Brussels let them install their PayPhones.
Plus there are so many other complainants, why cant do something like sue them for putting us under such stress.
