They told me over the phone $295.00 to empty septic tank,when arrived to my house, everything was fine and I told him that the pipe that goes into the septic tank from my house was clogged because the water was going to the tank slow, but it was not backing up in my house at all, inmediately he told me that it is $190.00 extra because the tank is overfilled and $75.00 for extra digging,last time I empty the septic it was backing up in my house real bad, and they pump no more than 1,500 gallons, anyway he pumped it in less than five minutes, I was right there , I told him to let me see the meter of his truck to see if it was more than 1,500 galons, and he told me no that it is standard charge, the digging is not any different than other houses, I called their office the person in charge was not there, he called me back later but I was at work,I called him back explain the situation I guess his secretary and she will transfer me to his voice mail, explain the situation but never have a respond,I have emptied my septic three times and never was charged over 1,500 gallons, want my $265.00 back that the so called technician over charge me
