I have offered a holiday package for 4 night & 5 days for tour to Kerala costing Rs. 5949 for entire tour. I have authorised to debit a sum of Rs. 5949/- through debit card. Fraudulently, they have debited the account by Rs. 23796/ instead of Rs. 5949/-. I have offered a list of Hotel & Resorts at various places in Kerala including various facilities & services in Kerala but not a single place such accommodation was booked. I have also assured to receive Holiday Vouchers & free gifts within 10 days but till today we have neither received Holiday Vouchers nor any Gift.

I am victim of the same company, i want to ask you one thing that haven't you made a police complain against VACATION GATEWAY
how could they fool peoples like this. this is serious and we have to make a police complain against them. lets send this people to jail
