I thought I was contacting DELL. I got the number from a Dell website (or at least I thought) I actually was on the phone with this fraud company for 6 hours as he tried to fix my computer. It's a scary thought. Today when I called Dell to request that the money I paid yesterday be put towards a new computer - they had NO RECORD of my purchase and told me that I was scammed. Something needs done regarding this FRAUD COMPANY!
