Had a call from a woman (foreign) called Stella Williams calling from Reclaim Extras telling me that i had been misold PPI and i have an amount of £3160.00 owed to me but first i would have to go get a UKASH voucher for £316 for them before the payment can be given to me as they require 10% of the fee im owed, and was told that a courier would come with me to barclays bank with the cash to withdraw my money and take the UKASH slip. I then recieved a phone call from an Andy Rogers (also foreign) from fedex asking for the UKASH voucher number and said he will come and collect the slip when he brings down the cash from barclays bank in 45 minutes time. Unfortunatly i gave him the voucher number without thinking over the phone and had no house call with my cash 45 minutes later. I then phoned the telephone number they gave me (02088199828) with the case I.D. (GGSS020819) stating that i have not recieved my cash and i was told that they have had several problems today and that the problems have occured for 5 hours causing dealays to me recieving my payment. I was then told that i will have my money delivered to me between 10am and 11am tomorrow morning. After reading other peoples stories i have given up hope of them returning even though i have never met them. I then tried to ring them on the customer care telephone number that they gave me to contact them a second time which went through to a voicemail of an american person even though they are supposed to be based in LONDON?? Someone please give me any help or advise as to how i can get my money back.
