This is the exact type of complaint as previous ones I have read regarding the products from RVTL skin products such as Equinox/Envisage.

After receiving numerous products in the mail, I looked at my credit card statement, and there they were! A total of $313.98 because I had not cancelled the "14-day trial!"

After calling 3 different 1-877 numbers and speaking to the same person each time, except for once when he gave a different name but sounded the same, I was "allowed" to cancel the account, but the representative said that no products could be returned for credit even if unused. I should have read the "fine print" and the 3 pages of disclosures on other links, which not described in the order section.

I requested to return the Unused, Unopened products for a refund and was denied. However, as a "valued customer" I would be given a $49.00 refund. That credit has been made to my credit card, yet attempts to achieve other "valued customer" satisfaction has been fruitless.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS!
