The date on the top is an approximate date. Had a screened enclosure built in on side of my home. It is leaking, have called this business several times, but they've only been there a couple of times, but the problem persist. They do not answer any of my phone calls any more or return any of the calls. They said they would guarantee the job for a year and so far nothing.
Just found out that he built it and did not follow code, now I'm going to have to knock it down and rebuilt.
