I ordered the free sample for £4.99 Postage and packaging. Order arrived. Thought is was strange to receive a 'sample' that was obviously the full sized product, but used it anyway. I received by credit card bill & noticed that I had been charged £97.83. I have searched through all my emails as I cannot remember purchasing anything for this amount. I received in the post today a bottle of the Collagenta Serum, which I definetly did not order. There is no invoice or literature with the product or any contact details. Searching the web to find contact details I found this site. I will be contacting the bank & asking if I can claim a refund & ensure that no further funds are taken from my credit card.

i have had the same happen to me but for the second bottle they took out £67.33 both payments were taken out from different countries. i have returned the bottles to them and they say they have refunded the £67.33 but they will not refund the £97.82 for the first bottle as i had it over 30 days,i told them there was no info on how to return the bottles but they do not care i am in the process of sending another email but i am stuck i realy do not know what else to do i think i can wave good buy to the £97.82. i am going to try when the £66 has gone back in to get the bank on the case again and see if they can get it back? good luck let me know how it goes and i will do the same to you.
