I sent Western Union $258 for 8 cartons of cigarettes, the WU fee was $35. It was picked up immediately on the receiving end. To date I have not received my purchase. I was told it got caught up in customs but that they re-shipped it 10 days ago. I purchased their insurance but they do not answer emails. Still no tracking number, no shipment and out $258.
