We experienced the most unpleasant adventure on our recent trip to Huntington Lake from 7/5/2013 to 7/13/2013 renting an RV from Clovis Calif. Without going into details...I have placed many calls and completed the form to Customer Relations which is what Cruise America suggested I do and still have not heard a word form them. Placed another call to them this morning asking if anyone had received my email since I got no response... there only response was for me to complete the form again. Please don't have this happen to you.... Do Not Rent an RV from CRUISE AMERICA.
