The same as everybody else. I also ordered the lift serum pro at the same time so had double the money taken from my account. I was left with no money to live on. This is despicable. I tried to call & they offered me a refund if i send back the products, but the line is so bad i couldn't get the address to send them to. Will keep trying to call but worried I'll end up with £170 phone bill too!
