An employee at OfficeMax in Albemarle, NC gave my mother a number for Tezcom to call about troubleshooting her computer printer. She called and they asked to gain access to her computer. She allowed and within 12 hours they had changed her passwords to her email accounts, charged a 399.99 charge to Paceline, 2 charges for 169.99 to Tezcom and another $50.00 charge to Tezcom. She canceled her CC and the charges have stopped but the fraud process has just begun. In her outbox on her email account was letters of authorization drafted by the scammers in her name to the CC company. Don't be fooled by these companies!
