In January 2013 I was contacted by two of The Income Class spokes persons. The main speaker wanted $ 3000.00 tuition for me to join. I could not spare that amount. He asked how much I could pay. I was reluctant, but he promised I would be making money within the month, the goal was $ 2000.00/month so I can pay bills, and that I would get a full refund if I did not make money within that time. I paid $ 1500.00 for the online class and about $ 90.00/month after that. I've been working on the class, following instructions, for months! Sometimes the phone counselors were helpful, other times they were not!! After about 4 months I was running out of funds and still haven't made any money from the class! in fact I lost money!! I called the spokes person and the billing dept for a refund. We kept missing calls many times. But then when I left a message telling them I wanted a refund, they stopped returning my calls! I kept calling and finally caught a representative from the billing dept. She looked up my account and said they have not been charging me the monthly fee. I reminded her that I been taking the class for months now, and they have been charging me. She then agreed that they have been charging me. But she wasn't in charge of refunds and I needed to speak to spokes person. I told her I wanred to speak to the manager! She connected me to his voice mail, and I requested a full refund. He did not call back until one or two days later and left a message. I called and left him several messages and he did not return my calls. on 7/10/2013SA, my phone service was disconnected. I haven't been able to contact them since. I gave them, including the manager my email address and they have not bothered to contact me! I lost $ 1500.00 plus monthly fees!! They promised I would make money with this program or they will refund my money! I made zero money and actually lost money! I want a full refund! I have contacted and complained to the Federal Trade Commission, and the Arizona Better Business Bureau but still haven't heard of any progress from them!
