WE DROVE TO LAS VEGAS THINKING WE HAD A 3 DAYS AND TWO NIGHT ROOM AT THE WEST GATE RESORT AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE RESORT THE DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION FOR US SO THEY DID BILLED MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY SENT ME A EMAIL THAT MY INCOME WAS NOT ENGOUH I ASK WHAT WAS THE MIN INCOME I HAD MUCH MORE INCOME WHAT THEY WANT AND SO THEY SAID THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION I DID NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR A PHONE CALLED I TALKED TO THEM FOR ABOUT AND HOUR AND THEY SAID THEY COULD'NT DO ANYTHING BIG RIP OFF I HAD TO FIND OTHER ROOM FOR THE WEEKEND NEVER TRUSTED THEM AGAIN AND WAS UN FRIENDLY WHEN U HAD A COMPLAINT
