We bought tickets for my whole family, a total of 3,340.80 USDollars through cheapflightsco.com and they ran off with the money and never gave us the tickets!! (Order number 81234)
At first we were told that the website did not take credit card or paypal, and the only way to pay was via bank transfer or western union. They offered a 3.2% discount when using Western Union, so that's what we opted for. We had 48 hours to pay and send them the payment information. They even said that they can issue the etickets before payment, but it would not be activated until after payment was verified. We paid US Cash 3,340.80 with western union in Staten Island, NY and received a receipt. The western union transfer was sent to

Their contact email address was [email protected] - They replied to us via this email address until they had all the info needed. The email was signed by Daniel Peterson, Sales Manager Cheap Flights Company. +44 20 3289 5539 (London, UK)

After the transfer we sent them the transaction information as they requested from us via email, and they sent an email to us that the tickets will be issued 12 hours after the payment is verified. When we did not receive the etickets in due time, we tried contacting them. No one picked up at the London and Riga Latvia offices and we sent them emails every few hours, left phone messages, with no reply. After a day of this, we realized it was a scam, and had to rebuy the tickets - with a travel agent, for an additional $3,750.00!
Please, please trace these scamers, close the website, and return our money!!!

the website provides fare upto 200 dollars less than other sites
i tried to book toronto to abudhabi. as soon as they told that they cannot book by credit card, my mind started thinking whether it is a fake site or not
i immediately googled and saw that this is a fake site
google search saved my precious hard earned money
beware of these sites. they are totally scams
