I have a registered service plan agreement with BPG for 4 appliances that I purchased through HomeEverything.com (now defunct) back in 2009. My GE microwave (model PEM31SMSS) which was purchased on 11/2/2009 was registered with a 5 year warranty but has recently stopped heating. I have a service agreement reference of 4680765144 and have tried to contact the customer service to file a claim but have been unsuccessful. No one ever picks up and I can't even leave a message because the mailbox is constantly full. I have tried for weeks to get a hold of someone, but to no avail. I've seen many unresolved complaints to the BBB and at this point, I would like a refund for the warranties that I purchased through Home Everything. This includes a warranty for an LG washer/dryer (WM2801HWA/DLGX2802W) pair that I purchased on 12/31/2009 and a Kitchenaid range (KGSS907SSS) that I purchased on 11/2/2009.
