My husband and I signed a loan agreement with this company for $5,000.00, but before we could receive the funds, they had to have 4 months of payments upfront. Sean Keaton was the name of the loan person we talked to who encouraged us to have somebody else look over the loan papers to prove they were legit. After borrowing the money from friends, sending it WESTERN UNION TO ANISSA SKALI IN MOROCCO, we called Sean with the MTCN. 9/13/11, we received a text message from WESTERN UNION saying ANISSA had received the $900. Shortly after, we received a phone call from AL NEWMAN FROM DOMINION FINANCIAL TRUST, saying our account was reassessed, and we would have to send in another $900 as insurance. Needless to say, we did not send it, we called SEAN KEATON and all of a sudden he had no access to our account and AL NEWMAN WAS HIS MANAGER. Sean said he has never had this happen before to any of his clients but there was nothing he could do because AL was in charge of our account now. So we talked to Al again, he explained that the contract clearly states that a reassessment could be possible and if we decided to cancel, a refund would be sent out on OCTOBER 10,2011. No good explanation as to why WE have to wait so long other than it was their policy. We specifically told him that we wanted our money back, 2 days later he calls to find out if we wanted a refund. We had called the number a couple times since then and got voice mail but tried to call OCTOBER 11, 2011 and the 866-994-9889 was no longer in service but the fax 646-308-9220 was still working. Can't seem to find a website either.
