Hi I bought 3 LV bags from Emibella but since they had so many complaints they went under and have changed names 3 times only to still sell fake bags! I got mine authenticated and was told they were all fake when they were supposed to be real. I'm very upset. I called Emibella's old phone number where just last week a man answered and told me to return all 3 bags with a note in the box and customer is always right and we'll refund you. Well refund never happened, the guy swore he knew what I was talking about and when I called back to see the status of my refund the same guy hung up the phone on me then a nasty woman got on the phone with me and basically told me to go F myself. So collectively I gathered myself and did some research. Thankfully I reached thus new business by using key words and addresses, Sorefined.com, I found a live person who handles the Emibella problem customers in a call center. In fact it's the same lady who helped me a year ago wheb Emibella was up and running. Anyway I sent 1 bag back because for one, the damn thing kept falling apart and 2, I wanted to see how this was going to pan out. Just didnt seem legit that I was going to get my full $1,090 -minus the shipping which I've shelled out almost $40 out of pocket for repairs. I had a feeling these bags were really expensive fakes. Ugh. Now I have to get my lawyer involved. PLEASE HELP
