Ordered Toshiba laptop screen and received confirmation email immediately. The money was also taken out of my account immediately. I emailed the company after 10 days to get an update on my shipping order. They did respond informing me that they had received a shipment from their European distributor and that my order would be shipped out in the next week. I was unhappy, but needed the screen (broke college student with a busted laptop, kind of a necessity). It has since been a month since I ordered it and have not received any emails from amazingcellulars after I requested a refund, so I could deal with another, more reputable company. This has seriously disrupted my schoolwork, because I have to drive to the library to use a computer and my grades have been affected. I really need the money back so I can purchase the screen. Horrible experience. Buyers BEWARE!
