CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SAID THATS OUR POLICY AND SINCE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT AND THERE IS A $30 RESTOCKING FEE.WELL THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT AT ALL AND SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED NO CHARGES WILL BE PURSUED YOU ARE CANCELLED.NO REFUND SCAM
