I have no idea how they have been getting $9.99 from me for months but PLEASE check your monthly statement for "monthly subscription" charges, they are sneaky by calling themselves that and misleading you to think your charges are related to your phone company. I only found it because I was trying to lower my payments and asked exactly what my "monthly subscription" was and they informed me it was a third party company called Bid and Win. When I researched it seems that they must have gotten me by using an unrelated text message as bait. I have added a feature at no cost through AT&T to my phone that can block any unauthorized purchases to my phone, I would contact your phone company to see if they can do the same.
