I ordered a cell phone in May 30 and as Today i haven't received it and they don't give me information where it is or when i will have it.
I paid with PayPal.
I email several "Tickets" requeting information and the answer is always the same: "do not worry you will soon receive your phone".
They gave me tracking number and when i try it said "This number is not valid".

We have reached out to this customer to personally apologize for what happened. From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
Firstly, we should have had this set-up correctly, and secondly, we should have responded in a much more timely fashion. For both lapses, we take full responsibility and want to restate our sincere apologies to the customer. We would highly grateful the customers can contact us when they have any problem.
