International boundaries
They added us to their scam, in which they have "trivia contests", which supposedly pay cash prizes. However, we never ordered this,never wanted it, nor authorized it, yet it was added to our phone bill. Verizon removed the charge from our phone bill, and blocked it from happening again. I imagine many many people do not even notice this charge, and simply pay it.
