I sold Jill Turri a high end designer purse through PayPal. There were numerous emails back and forth in reference to the purse prior to her purchasing it. She asked if I had a return policy and I told her yes. Any and all items I had sold on eBay and PayPal was returnable. She received the purse and responded by email of her love of the item and this was the best purse she have ever owned and just how happy she was with her purchase. Then the following day, she started picking the purse apart and informed me she had called Sonia Rykiel and they told her it was a bad handbag. When I asked for the information to be verified, she would not give the information. As any high end Designer bag does not certify an item over the phone, normally, not even at store level. It must be sent to the Company, but she kept avoiding the request for the information I needed to verify what she was telling me about what was said to her by a Sonia Rykiel sales representative. She then made a claim the purse was defective and not new, even though it was 9 years old and never used. She claimed it was impossible for someone to have an item that long without using it. Also a wallet was listed on eBay that was purchased the same time of the handbag which I agreed that I would accept it back as long as it was in it's original condition. Jill filed a dispute with PayPal and was told to send the item back. I have received the purse and it is not the purse I sent to her. I fail to understand why she didn't send it back originally when she was told it was returnable, but she kept created different scenarios. She started sending nasty emails and profanity usage. She harassed me with numerous emails. I have reasons to believe she is maybe one of four different people with different user names on eBay as she asked basically the same questions over a 30 day period of time wanting to buy this purse. She was new to eBay when she purchased the purse and from California and the other eBay users had the same identity, new and from California and all strange user names and all interested in this one purse. After she was told to return the purse, she continue to send emails explaining that she still liked the purse, but I refused to answer her messages. Approximately a couple weeks later, I received an inquiry on the accompanying wallet that was listed on eBay and noticed the individual requesting information had the same profile, new to eBay by less than 30 days from California and also inquiring on the Sonia Rykiel wallet. The individual mentioned, they like the wallet but wanted to know did I have a purse to match! I did not respond to the message because I do believe she is one of four people or more with different eBay user names inquiring about the Sonia Rykiel items.

I have reported her to eBay by advice of PayPal. The reference number that eBay asked me to give PayPal is Reference No.1-11021066816. I was told by the eBay representative Adam, he would forward the information to the appropriate department within eBay and when speaking to PayPal about my case, I have provide informed them of the information that a reference number was created by eBay and they could access it if necessary. Please note, I originally called in and informed PayPal of this situation when I noticed the buyer was creating and making things up about the purse. It was questionable, as she always had the authorization to return the purse without this drama. So, why didn't she just tell me she changed her mind or couldn't afford it. I have two accounts on eBay that are outstanding and my records on both accounts speaks for me. I have maintained 100% feedback and I welcome anyone to view my eBay accounts.
